Yes, we are.If you try to drink it you will understand why we like to be insane! At the first sip you’llwant to scream “whaaaaat, this is too good”.
Switzerland and Italy are separated by the wavy and magnificent mountain chain of the Alps: from Mont Blanc to Matterhorn, from Piz Bernina to Mount Rosa. Just below these giants, the mountain hay we use grows on both sides.
Our project was born from the collaboration between Baladin and Alaia (the most important craft brewery in Italy and the first and only surf beach in Switzerland). We are confident that there can be no truer and more authentic flavor to represent this marriage.
Hay Wati is also sugar-free and has ZERO carbs..
